* Customization: We can also personalize with free message, initials or name on 2nd side at no additional charge just specify font. No proofs will be submitted. Must be submitted at time of ordering to avoid starting production without details, if nothing supplied we proceed as stock.

All mugs are made to order, please allow 2-4 days production time for shipping and typically 1-3 days shipping depending on option selected.

* If you have an in hands date please submit this in your order so we can make note of this and advise you if there will be any issues. Any failure to do this may incur additional fees to meet your date.

* Orders are shipped via USPS from Florida and time frame depends on where your located. Contact us if rush is needed.

* Note cancellations not accepted once placed, all orders are made to order and goes in queue once ordered. We do not inventory any items, so we cannot keep stock of cancellations. Sometimes orders may take 4 days, sometimes it can be process started within 1 hour.
